This wireframe was created as part of the Google UX Design certificate course I am completing to better understand how to create products that users love. This prototype was created using Figma. I conducted user research to determine user needs and found that people preferred making reservations online rather than making phone calls. I created a storyboard to capture the user journey. Then, I created the following wireframe to test with users. The next step is to create a high-fidelity prototype with colour and real images.
