The school wanted to help students become more proficient with technology. However, the school did not have a computer teacher or curriculum. I began by assessing students' learning gaps and met with stakeholders to determine learner needs. I then conducted research to determine each grade level's learning objectives. I applied my knowledge of developmental stages and backward design to develop the curricula. I implemented the curricula for one year and evaluated their performance. The following year, I iterated on it and made revisions. The results were highly successful, and I created computer classes for over 350 students.
